Welcome to our group. Grief can be a tough and confusing journey. This 13 week course will help you navigate with people around you who are sharing similar circumstances. While each situation is unique, there are common elements too grieving. Share or sit and listen while we go through a program that holds 26 years of experiences to help you understand grief.
