We invite you to join us for this 13-session support group series. GriefShare is for anyone who has lost a loved one -- whether friend, sibling, other relative, spouse, parent -- we all need to grieve.
The GriefShare support group will help you realize that your grief is real, that the anxiety is normal, and that there are tools we can use to begin to recover, to heal, and to move forward.
The group is confidential, anonymous and a safe place to express your thoughts and feelings. $20 fee for the entire series includes the very helpful workbook, which we will provide at the meeting.
