When you are grieving a loved one’s death, the holiday season can be especially painful. The roller coaster of emotions you’ve been experiencing feel that much steeper and more intense as the seasonal traditions approach. This one-time seminar may help by providing a space for you to share and listen to others who know what you’re going through. Together we will watch a special Surviving the Holidays video, followed by a time of discussion. In community, we will prepare for the family/friend gatherings and may even discover hope for the future. Brunch will be provided. $7.00 is to cover cost of Participant Guide.
