About this Ministry
GriefShare is a support group to help you cope with the loss of a loved one. This 13 week group will provide a safe, supportive environment where you can share your experiences, express your feelings and learn coping sKills.
The GriefShare Experience
Navigating Loss and Grief
Find relief and comfort at a GriefShare support group. Each week you’ll watch a 30-minute video with insights from grief recovery experts and people who share their personal stories. You’ll then spend time sharing with people who get what you’re going through (there’s no pressure to talk!) and take home a guide with helpful exercises for personal healing. Groups meet for 13 weeks.
