Old River Baptist Church welcomes our community members that are grieving the loss of a loved one to meet with us and learn how to navigate grief. Grief is the price we pay for loving someone. Through our GriefShare support group you will be comforted by knowing you are not alone. You can start the group at any time as one week does not build on the next; they are "stand-alone" video seminars. We also have a group share time, however no one has to share if they do not want to. Old River Baptist also hosts both Loss of a Spouse & Surviving the Holidays seminars multiple times a year. We always have plenty of tissues on hand, because crying is part of healing and we are all on a journey of healing from our loss.
