Anyone grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome. It does not matter if your loved one's death has been recent or years ago. We offer a safe and welcoming place where people like you have experienced the pain and loss of grief and understand the difficulties that follow the death of a loved one. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability and gain solid support each step of the way.
We meet on Monday evenings, 7-8:30pm. A workbook is included in the registration fee.
