Lavon Drive is excited to offer GriefShare as another opportunity to minister to those in our community who are experiencing grief. When a loved one dies, it can feel like you’re alone. You may be surrounded, almost smothered for a week or two, then “life happens” and it’s just you and the void left by your loved one.
GriefShare will provide the support, direction, and guidance to survive the valley of hurt and find the peace and grace God offers. We will discuss relevant topics such as loneliness, fear, anxiety, anger, regrets, questions for God, and many more.
Please feel free to invite a friend to attend with you. If you cannot attend every week, that's ok. Come when you can and maybe you can make up the classes you miss at another time.
Need childcare to come? No problem! We have a nursery for the babies. 4 year-olds thru 6th grade may attend AWANA and your teens may attend our youth program, THRIVE.
