We are so sorry that such a group is even necessary - we know that losing a spouse, a friend or another loved one can be so challenging and at times overwhelming. It is our desire to help you navigate the journey of grief with practical counsel and an open forum for you to talk as you feel comfortable about your own loss and grief. Each week we will watch a helpful video, discuss some "homework", and think through some questions about grieving in a way that is healthy and constructive. You can speak as you feel comfortable - no one will call on you. If you have questions please reach out to our church via email or phone.
