Grief is one of the heart's natural responses to loss. When we grieve, we allow ourselves to feel the truth of our pain. Grief is a difficult journey to navigate through and you don't have to do it alone. We are offering a free program. The program meets for 13 weeks with each week consisting of a video and group discussion.
