GriefShare Charges $20 For A Workbook, That Is The Only Cost That We Ask For.
We are usually a smaller bunch of people that grow together as a group.
We have a private Facebook page that's helpful. It has a weekly review of the last meeting, and you can express yourself & be heard by the group and others that have also done meetings with me.
You can continue to be a participant on that page long after you've finished this cycle of meetings. That way you can stay in touch with the people you've shared with, and get a lift if you find yourself feeling down.
