This seminar is geared specifically toward those who have lost their spouse. You who have suffered this loss understand how it affects your everyday life, GriefShare has put this special seminar together to address just this. The booklet you will receive is full of information to help you find your way through this "journey", practical ideas that will lead you when you feel you don't know in what direction you should go. We start with a video, then break into smaller groups to discuss the video and any questions you may have in more of a private setting so you feel safer. Share only if you feel ready.
