Welcome- we are so glad to have you participate in GriefShare. We understand that you may be a bit nervous or unsure about coming to a group about grief-- please know that we meet you right where you are; you don't have to say a word- just come and listen. It is also important for you to know that wherever you are in your faith or have no faith- it is ok; we are all individuals on different paths. The goal is to come together as a community to support one another in our grief and learn some great strategies to help us.
