This is a 13 week support group for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. There are three parts: the video, the discussion and the workbook. Participants are free to participate as much as they feel comfortable. There is no pressure to participate in the discussions that follow the videos but most find they benefit more as they invest more. Anyone is welcome.
