Welcome to Surviving the Holidays. The holidays can be stressful, but exceptionally so when you are grieving. This is a one time session that gives you practical ways to approach the holidays after the loss of your loved one. It also introduces you to the grief share program which we offer in full during the spring. If you have any questions please give me a call.
