Losing a loved one is hard any time of the year but it can be especially hard to navigate during the holidays. Surviving the Holidays is a 2-hour event consisting of a video, a workbook for you to take home, and a discussion time that will give you information and tools to help you navigate all kinds of emotions, and uncertainties that come with loss. It can give you some ideas of how to celebrate, manage your holiday season and help others around you understand where you're coming from. Please join us and be with others who are wondering how to celebrate and maybe find some comfort to move through the holiday season this year.
