The holiday season can be very difficult with the loss of loved ones. "Surviving the Holidays" will help you to prepare and give you tips for making it through. It is a two-hour session that will give you an opportunity to share with others who are facing the Holidays without their loved one(s).
After you register, you will be contacted by the group leader, Evelyn Wright and a participant's guide will be mailed to you at no charge. You will also be provided with the Zoom meeting link. Our team is looking forward to meeting you and providing you with the tools to help you survive the holidays.
