The holidays can be a difficult period as we flash back on memories of our loved one, or feel as though we should isolate ourselves. This program will offer, through a special video, actual testimonies from others who have walked the path experiencing grief. They will share the things they faced along with what they had learned. It also includes expert insights on steps you might take to help navigate these challenges. Joining together with others who can understand some of the challenges you might be facing offers an opportunity to encourage each other, although you will never be called on to speak. Sharing is strictly voluntary. We hope you can join us.
