When you've lost a loved one, all the emotions of grief can be difficult to navigate. This program offers you comfort, support, understanding and, most of all, hope. In addition, you can journey through your grief with others who have experienced similar loss and grief. While it is a 13-week program, each session is self-contained. You may join us at anytime.
