St. Luke's welcomes you on Sunday, November 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Building C, Room 201 also known as The Treehouse. This program is open to anyone who has suffered a loss and finds it difficult to get through the holidays no matter how long ago your loved one passed. Participants will learn: • How to deal with emotions • What to do about traditions • Helpful tips for surviving social events • How to find hope for the future This program is free but we request that you register beforehand to ensure we have enough participant workbooks and refreshments for all who attend. Email or call the Care office at 407.876.4991 ext. 262 for additional information. Greeters will be stationed on campus to help you find the meeting room. We hope you can join us.
