The Mt Zion Grief and Loss Ministry is a new ministry designed to support people grieving a loss. The group will provide a safe space where we can talk about our grief. We will learn how to navigate through the grief and develop ways to heal. We will start with a program called GriefShare. There are 13 lessons that cover several topics related to death of a loved one. Some of those topics are sadness and loneliness, fear and anxiety, anger, and regrets. If you are interested in joining the support group, please register below.
