Surviving the Holidays is a 2-hour GriefShare support group designed to encourage and instruct those who have recently lost loved ones about how to not be overwhelmed by the holidays. Facing the responsibilities and expectations they bring will be addressed through a video and a discussion following it.
A complimentary brunch will be served at 9:45am. A workbook with helpful articles and outlines for note-taking will be provided at the event for $7.
