Check-in and refreshments 9:30 - 10:00 am No fee, but donations gratefully accepted! Thanksgiving, Christmas and all the holiday celebrations around this time may be extra lonely and difficult for those that are grieving the death of a loved one. GriefShare "Surviving the Holidays" seminar addresses this and provides tips to help you cope. Come, join with others who are experiencing emotions and feelings similar to your own. Don't struggle on your own. Here you can connect with support, encouragement, and advice to survive the holidays. Each participant receives a Survival Guide, which contains practical strategies, encouraging words, helpful exercises, Q/As, and journaling ideals for daily survival during the holiday season. We are also offering a "Candlelight Remembrance Service" December 8, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
