Welcome. We commend you for taking the courageous step toward moving forward on your grief journey. When life disasters come our way, we often find ourselves reeling from the trauma, & instinctively ask "Why?" We experience a barrage of emotions ranging from numbness, shock, disbelief, outrage, & confusion, to guilt, fear, depression, abandonment & isolation, not knowing where to turn.
