Widowed, and feeling overwhelmed by the lonely days and nights? Do you wonder what to do with your spouse’s belongings or feel like your brain is in a fog? Are you unsure of how you’ll go on? Help is here, and hope is possible with GriefShare’s Loss of a Spouse seminar. For a couple of hours, we'll hear stories from others who've found ways to make it through. You’ll learn why it won’t always hurt so much, uncover reasons for hope, and gain practical coping insights based on biblical wisdom.

At the event, we'll watch a brief video featuring encouraging, practical advice from counselors, pastors, and widowed men and women. We'll also share our stories and discuss what we've learned (and of course, there's never any pressure to share if you're uncomfortable). We'll each get a booklet with more than 30 short readings on how to live with grief and rebuild our lives. Most of all, you'll find understanding, hope and a path toward more healing.
