Welcome! We are so sorry for your loss. Grief looks different to everyone - we hope you find our group to be a safe and open place where you can feel encouraged and comfortable in your own journey.
We will meet on Mondays for 13 weeks beginning Aug 19th, 2024. Each session includes a 30-minute video followed by small group discussion. The format is set up so anyone can join at any time during the 13 weeks.
No judgment. We are here to help you find some peace during this time.
