This in-person event offers a safe space to connect with others who are also experiencing grief. Through interactive sessions, you'll gain valuable insights, practical advice, and emotional support to help you navigate through your grief journey.
Each session consists of a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and loss.
After viewing the video, group members will spend time in a support group discussing what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is happening in their lives.
During the week, each participant can use their workbook for further personal study of the grieving process and to help sort out their emotions through journaling.
Register now and take the first step towards healing. Workbooks will be distributed on the first day of class.
