Fall cycle dates are from 8/27/24 through 11/19/24, ending before Thanksgiving.
We will cancel a session if there is inclement weather and/or schools are closed due to weather conditions. Everyone will be notified of our meeting cancellation. Please have an emergency contact ready to share.
For the first session on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. We will start at 5:45 to allow for completing participation forms and reviewing group guidelines.
You will want to arrive early enough to park and find your seat prior to start time. Please note that other groups are also meeting on Tuesdays. Doors remain locked during all sessions, but greeters will be there to open and direct everyone to our meeting area.
Light refreshments including individually wrapped snacks and bottled water are served each week. Bring your own drink with lid if desired.
