Facing the Christmas season when a loved one has died can be very daunting. You wonder how you can ever make it through. If this is you, or even if you just need a little help navigating through this season, Surviving the Holidays can be very helpful and you are very welcome to attend. Caring facilitators are there to guide you through and help with discussion. A very helpful and informative video featuring experienced counsellors and people like yourself who have experienced the death of a loved one will be shown and discussed. Also the booklet Surviving the Holidays Survival Guide will be available for you to take home to assist you further.
