Grief is a journey that is difficult to navigate alone. If you are grieving the loss of a spouse, parent, grandparent, child, or friend, we would love to have you join our weekly Griefshare sessions at Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church in Alpharetta. Sessions begin September 8th and occur once a week ending December 1st. The cost of the 13 week program is $20.00 which includes a workbook and access to online videos and other support materials.
Each session follows the same format:
*Participants watch a 40 minute video dealing with a common thread of grief.
*Small group discussion.
*Daily independent workbook activity.
GriefShare is a great opportunity to begin to understand the complexities of grief, share and learn from others who understand the challenges you are facing, and begin to forge your personal path forward. We hope you'll join us.
