Griefshare is a 13-part series aimed at small groups of adults who are recently bereaved. The course deals with some of the immediate issues you face, then goes on to helping you to cope in the medium- and longer- term.
Each session consists of a half-hour video followed by discussion, which gives one a safe space and supportive environment in which to explore your emotions and face your situation.
Included in the course fee, is an excellent workbook which complements the video topic each week and which gives you further reading between sessions.
