We all grieve when someone we love dies. We may feel lost, isolated, and in something of a daze. We can have trouble remembering things. We feel tired. All of these feelings can be the result of grief.
A grief support group provides a safe and loving place for those that are learning to deal with the death of a loved one. Sometimes we don't talk about our loved one because we don't want to cause others discomfort. A grief support group provides a caring environment where you can share thoughts and memories safely. Anything said in the group, stays in the group.
