Please Note: We meet for 11 weeks unless otherwise specified. Sessions will usually run from 6-8 PM each week. For the 1st week, and weeks 5 and 8, we will meet until 8:30 PM. Sessions 5 & 8 will cover double video sessions. Please plan to miss no more than 2 sessions for the benefit of both individual participants, and the entire group.
WE PROVIDE SNACKS promptly at 6 PM each week!
