Welcome to Calvary Chapel Chattanooga's Grief Share... Grief Share exists to teach us about grief and to support you as you journey through your grief. For the first 1/2 hour, we watch a Grief Share video together before we break into smaller groups to talk about the video and share our grief with one another. You are not required to share and we encourage you to do so as it will help you with your grief. We have been doing Grief Share for more than a few years now and thus, our team has some good experience at helping ourselves and others to grieve in a healthy way.
