Welcome to our Griefshare group. As we learn in our first lesson of our 13 week session, grief is the price we pay for loving someone. When a loved one dies, it is a profound loss, one which changes everything in our lives from that point forward. The most important thing to remember is to move forward. Everyone experiences grief at their own pace and in their own individual way. These group meetings can help you find the strength and courage to start to heal through shared experiences with others who are dealing with the complicated emotion that is grief. GriefShare has a motto: "A journey from mourning to joy." If you find yourself on a grief journey and you'd like to feel you are not alone in your experience, please consider our GriefShare group or another GriefShare group in the area. Please know that true peace comes through God, and we are here to help you come to know that more fully.
