GriefShare is a support group for anyone who has lost a loved one. Each week, we watch a 30-minute video with stories and insights from people who have gone through grief, including experts like counselors and pastors, and then we spend 45-60 minutes in discussion. The whole community is welcome, churchgoers or not, and past group members are welcome to participate again. Participants can eat lunch before the session or bring a lunch to eat during the video portion.
In the fall, we pause for one week (November 3) for Surviving the Holidays, which is open to the group and any family or community members who may want to join.
The only cost for the group is the purchase price of the workbook ($20), which participants can purchase online by registering at cbcbellevue.churchcenter.com or in person via cash or check.
