High Tide Church Surviving the Holidays

Welcome to our Surviving the Holidays event at High Tide Church in Dagsboro, Delaware. We cherish the opportunity to meet you and hope you will join us for this special event if you are facing the holidays after a loss. Surviving the Holidays seeks to offer hope to those facing the holidays without their loved one and will also present practical ways to manage the holiday season in the midst of the pain. Losing a loved one brings many changes, and experiencing the holidays can be difficult. Happy memories from past years can make the anticipation of getting through the holidays challenging. At Surviving the Holidays program, we will find ways to deal with emotions you may face leading up to and including the actual holiday, how to plan ahead to reduce anxiety and stress, and how to handle traditions and invitations to social events. Holidays may look different in years to come without your loved one, it is to be expected - but Surviving the Holidays will give you hope for your future and suggestions on how to make the holidays less painful to get through,
