Many of us are not prepared for the journey facing us in grief. This program is designed to help you along the way. Through weekly videos, discussion and exercises in the workbook, you will learn ways to overcome the challenges ahead whether your grief is fresh and raw, or you’ve been struggling for some time. We encourage you to attend no matter your denomination or beliefs. Our facilitators have committed themselves to this ministry and experienced the joy that is possible in moving forward in what follows grief. We hope you too can find hope and joy in living again after loss.
