Loss of a loved one brings us into a chapter of life that many have never experienced before. GriefShare is a wonderful program that encourages us to talk about our loss and provides tools along the way to help understand the grief process. This is a single seminar where you’ll hear about items such as: How other people understand and have found ways to make it through Why it won’t always hurt so much Reasons for hope Practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse You'll also hear about the overall GriefShare program, which is a series of 13 video's designed to understand grief and provide tools to help us go through this change in our lives.
