Surviving the Holidays is a 2 hour session.
There will be a 35 minute video.
You will be led through the Holiday Survival Guide that you purchased when you registered online.
You will learn how to lessen the emotional impact of holidays by knowing what to expect and being prepared.
You will receive tools that enable you not only to survive the coming holidays, but also to face them with a measure of peace and assurance.
