For anyone grieving the loss of a loved one and dreading the upcoming Holidays, we offer GriefShare's Surviving the Holidays. This will be a two-hour class that offers comfort, understanding, sharing if desired, or just listening/observing. It will also include strategies for navigating Holidays that will never be the same again, a DVD by grief experts and participants, and a participant workbook to enhance the experience. The fee is 10.00 for the class and workbook.
in addition, Surviving the Holidays offers a a glimpse into the rich experience, comfort and understanding that accompanies the full 13 week course we offer beginning in January.
