The holidays are very difficult to navigate after the loss of a loved family member or friend. They will bring up many emotions and feelings at a time we feel exceptionally vulnerable. Preparing in advance for those ambushes will increase your ability to navigate the upcoming holidays.
We encourage anyone who has lost a loved one in the past 2 years to join us for this class. You will receive insights about how to navigate your grief in the midst of the holiday season.
