If you have suffered the loss of a loved one and not sure how to navigate the grieving process, this Griefshare group is made up of people who have been where you are and have found comfort in knowing that we are not alone in this journey. This particular one time session specifically addresses "Surviving the Holidays". We invite you to join us. We realize that sometimes the hardest step is walking through the doors of class for the first time. Feel free to bring a friend or family member along with you.
