Surviving the Holidays is a two-hour special event that functions just like a typical GriefShare session. It is designed to help you through the difficult holiday season. GriefShare sessions have three distinct elements: 1.) Video segments with experts 2.) Workbook based on personal study and reflections 3.) In-person support group discussion scheduled 6-8 pm at Springbrook Community Church in Huntley, IL.
If you have lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you have probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. You are just needing someone to share your journey through the grief process.
