Welcome to “Surviving the Holidays.” This one-day seminar will provide a video presentation and handbook guide to help those who have experienced the death of a family member or friend/loved one. The meeting is focused on practical ways to cope with the added stress and sorrow associated with the holidays and give advice on how to manage those moments.
