Welcome. We understand that there are many emotions that you may have during the holidays after experiencing a loss. This session is intended to help you navigate the Thanksgiving and Christmas season, prepare for social events, make decisions about traditions and the coming changes, and discover hope for your future. We will meet on Tuesday, November 19th at 6:00pm in our Garden Room. Enter by the side door and take a right up the small flight of stairs. There is an elevator lift available as needed.
If you wish, bring a holiday item that has special meaning to you regarding the person you loss.
