When people grieve a loved one’s death, it changes and adds to their daily struggles of life. When holidays or special occasions such as Thanksgiving and Christmas appear on the horizon it may bring questions of how to cope with this added stress or even dread may appear.
Surviving the Holidays program is geared especially for people who are grieving a loved one’s death while going thru the holidays. The event is FREE and open to anyone in the Alamogordo/Tularosa/High Rolls/Cloudcroft area. A personal copy of the GriefShare Holiday Survival Guide will be available for participants at the event.
These sessions will be "in person" group participation. Facial Masks are at the discretion of the individual.
