This online Surviving the Holidays seminar offers practical, actionable strategies for making it through the holiday season. In this one-and-a-half-hour online seminar is designed to help grieving people receive comfort, encouragement, and practical teaching on dealing with their tremendous loss through the holiday season. You’ll receive a Holiday Survival Guide with practical strategies, encouraging words, helpful exercises, Q/As, and journaling ideas for daily survival through the holiday season. The group with connect though a onetime Zoom meeting to discuss the video. You will receive your Zoom invitation after you register.
