This 1-night seminar led by others, who have experienced the loss of a loved one by death, includes a video on how to survive the holidays, discussion of the video and some personal reflection completed by the participant.
If one has not attended GriefShare in the past, attending this seminar will give the attendee a foretaste of the 13-week GriefShare seminar that will be offered Thursday nights beginning in January of 2025.
